"I've been playing this game for several years now(back when the revisions had 4 digits) because a friend works at the company. And even way back then they've had connection/Log-In issues. I don't know who wrote that section of code... But if EVERY OTHER APP maker out there can get it right... And they STILL CAN'T afterall these years.... Something is seriously wrong at the Software Enginering sector of the company!!!"

"This game used to be fun. Now I play mostly because I've put a lot of time (and regrettably money) into it. All concerns or complaints are handled in a borderline rude and dismissive manner, making it out to be your fault or a connection issue that they have no control over. Any "compensation" provided will be, in a word, insulting. If only they actually finished the content that already exists. There are heroes that do not have versions for each element, heroes with multiple or no events."
